Hello Sunshine!
Thanks so much for being here! I’m Michelle! I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 20 years as a CPT and group exercise instructor! In 2016 I started teaching yoga at Corepower and just recently returned this late May of 2023! When I train clients and teach classes it doesn’t just make my heart full, it truly sets my soul on fire! My love and passion for fitness and health and helping others reach and optimize their fitness goals, while making them their healthiest strongest versions of themselves is the most rewarding thing in the world and brings me so much joy and gratitude!
When I’m not helping people crush their fitness goals, or leading a Yoga class, you can either find me at the gym, flowing on my mat, or at Whole Foods grabbing all the healthy organic things that life has to offer! In my free time, I also love snuggling with my 2 precious felines and enjoying some quality time with the people I love! Usually that involves being surrounded by nature in the outdoors!
